Since the age of 16, I have been passionate about creating a harmonious balance between body, mind, and soul. In 1998, I earned my first qualification in massage and discovered that it is more than a technique, it is a true art of healing and connecting with people. The years that followed were devoted to exploration and self-directed learning, driven by a desire to understand and address my own health challenges. This personal journey led me to Ayurveda, the Indian holistic science of balance between body, mind, and soul. Wanting to help my family and those around me, I began taking massage courses with Barbara Fregnan.
I then deepened my knowledge in Italy at the Atharva Veda Institute Ayurvedic Center and School of Ayurveda Massage, in partnership with the P.V.A Center for Study and Research on Ayurveda Medicine in Kannur, India. This international experience gave me a deep, holistic understanding of Ayurvedic massage and energy therapy, which I now integrate into every session.
Ashoka Rai joined Luna Day at its very beginning in 2022, bringing passion and dedication to her work. With over 10 years of experience in Ayurvedic techniques gained while working in Nepal, Ashoka went on to help hundreds of people in Târgu Lăpuș, combining traditional knowledge with the practical, holistic approach shaped by her international experience.
Her desire for personal growth and to share her knowledge inspired her to explore our culture and bring an authentic perspective to every session. Today, Ashoka works alongside me as an assistant trainer, helping convey the authenticity and depth of Ayurvedic treatments to our students while offering practical support and inspiration throughout each course.

They develop the skills required to provide professional services for relaxation, recovery, or body care.
We regularly organize massage courses and seminars in both Tăuții Măgherăuș and Târgu Lăpuș, depending on our students’ needs. We offer a flexible schedule, with sessions from Monday to Sunday at Luna Day.
