  • Intensive Program – a structured, 6-month option designed for those who want to obtain their qualification diploma in the shortest possible time.
  • Modular Program – a flexible option that allows you to complete the course in stages, at your own pace, with the possibility of stopping after each completed module and receiving a diploma of completion for each stage.

Both options are accredited by the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Education, and the certification awarded is recognized in Romania and the European Union.

INTENSIVE PROGRAM

We recommend choosing the Intensive Program because it offers comprehensive, hands-on training in essential techniques. Upon completing this course, you will receive an A.N.C-accredited Professional Qualification Certificate. You will also gain all the skills needed to practice legally or build your own career in massage.

MODULAR PROGRAM

The Modular Program allows you to complete your training in stages, at your own pace, following the structure set by the occupational standard. Each module helps you develop the required skills, and after completing each stage, you can choose whether to continue or stop, receiving an A.N.C-accredited diploma of completion for the level achieved. This option is ideal if you prefer a gradual approach that allows you to progressively integrate knowledge and practical experience while continuing toward a full qualification.

Module 1 - Massage Fundamentals

What you will learn

During the course, you will learn how to properly prepare the massage room and organize your work efficiently, following the hygiene, safety, and professional standards specific to the field.

Practical training is supported by a clear foundation in anatomy, positioning, and technique, enabling you to correctly perform massage for body maintenance and relaxation, including a full-body somatic massage, in a safe, consistent manner tailored to each client.

Module 2 - Reflexology & Understanding

What you will learn

You will learn the principles of reflexology and how reflex zones relate to the body’s functions, alongside proper body assessment to identify imbalances. You will be able to design well-structured sessions tailored to each client, applying reflexology massage techniques consistently and effectively.
The training also covers preparing your workspace, following hygiene standards, and applying professional ethics, so you can work safely and responsibly.

The opportunity to work under supervision or in a salon/spa, depending on the employer’s requirements

Module 3 - Advanced Techniques & Professional Practice

What you will learn

In this module, you will learn and apply a variety of techniques, from somatic massage and applied reflexology to lymphatic drainage, anti-cellulite massage, body contouring, and deep tissue massage, all integrated into a consistent approach tailored to the body.
Alongside practical training, you will build a solid foundation in organizing your work, following hygiene standards, and applying professional ethics, which are essential for safe and responsible practice.
By the end of the module, you will be able to assess the body and choose suitable techniques, creating well-structured, effective sessions. You will correctly apply body maintenance and relaxation massage, reflexology massage, therapeutic techniques, lymphatic drainage, anti-cellulite massage, and deep tissue work, while continuously developing and improving your practice.
