Ayurveda Courses

Who are these courses for?

Ayurveda is a science dating back thousands of years that offers a deep understanding of the body, mind, and inner balance. By choosing to study Ayurvedic massage and the principles of this tradition, you do more than learn a skill: you begin a journey of personal and professional transformation.

These courses are designed for those who want to bring greater meaning to the way they care for themselves and others. Whether you want to improve your own well-being, learn bodywork techniques, or build a professional career in massage, Ayurveda provides a solid and coherent foundation!

Ayurvedic massage is more than a relaxation massage. It is a form of therapy that supports the body’s balance, stimulates its natural regeneration processes, and creates a meaningful connection between body and mind. Through these courses, you will learn to understand each person’s individual needs and apply tailored techniques that respect the body’s natural rhythms.

ADVANCED AYURVEDA COURSE

This programme builds on the foundational training and is designed for those who want to make their practice more refined, precise, and personalised. Here, you go beyond learning techniques to develop a deeper understanding of the body and tailor your approach to each individual.
You will gain a clearer understanding of how imbalances manifest in each person and learn to address them through an integrated approach, working with massage as well as diet, daily routines, herbs, and balancing techniques. The aim is to make your practice more structured, effective, and safe.

Module 1 – Understanding Internal Systems and Their Functions

You will explore the body’s structure and functions in greater detail, focusing particularly on the respiratory system, liver, and pancreas to understand how they influence overall well-being. In practice, you will learn techniques such as Nadiabhyangam (arterial massage) and Muriabhyangam (joint massage).

Module 2 – Flow and Circulation in the Body

You will understand the concept of srotas (the body’s transport channels) and how they support balance. You will apply techniques to stimulate and support flow, including Neerabhyangam (Ayurvedic lymphatic drainage).

An Integrated Approach to Imbalances

You will learn to combine massage with diet, daily routines, and the use of herbs to create more comprehensive and effective treatments.

What You Will Gain

You will be able to work more mindfully and tailor your approach to each individual, developing more precise, in-depth treatments that become part of your own style of practice.
